I help owners understand where their money goes, fix what's leaking, and see it all on one simple dashboard. No accounting jargon and no 40-tab spreadsheets.

About

I'm Martin Salinas.

By day I'm a Senior Financial Analyst for a national restaurant and entertainment company. I review sales, labor and profit across dozens of locations and help general managers figure out what to fix first.

I started SM Advisory Partners to bring that same approach to local owners who don't have a finance team. I grew up in the Houston area, and I like working with people who built something themselves.
